Youth Wellness Hub Niagara

Youth Wellness Hub NiagaraA safe, welcoming space for youth ages 12 to 25 and their families across the Niagara Region, looking to access support for mental health, substance use, peer support, education, employment, wellness, and more. All services are free of charge, and available both in-person and virtually.

The Youth Hub brings together community partners committed to working in a new, collaborative way, so youth get the right service, in the right place, at the right time.

What’s Available

Mental health and substance use counselling, primary care, peer support, care coordination, employment and education support, and a full calendar of skill-building and wellness activities, all in one place, all free.
