One of the most significant roles the John Howard Society of Niagara undertakes is through our Employment division, delivered through the Job Gym brand. For over 25 years, Job Gym has connected job seekers and employers across Niagara, offering seminars, skill-building workshops, training, certifications, and job search expertise to people of all ages, at no cost.

Access to Success
A 13-week program for youth ages 15 to 30 facing barriers to employment, combining paid pre-employment training with a guaranteed job placement, certifications, and ongoing counsellor support.
Employment Services
We offer services for both employers and job seekers across Niagara, from free job postings and recruitment support to career counselling, job search resources, and skills training. All services are free of charge.
