Adult Federal Diversion Program
The Adult Federal Diversion Program diverts offenders from the normal court process through education, awareness, supportive interventions, and effective programming. Participants are encouraged to accept responsibility for their infractions as they continue to explore the impact of their actions.
Upon successful completion of the program, all related criminal proceedings are halted and charges against the individual are withdrawn.
Eligibility:
- Reserved for specific types of offenses
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older on the date of the offense
- This is a fee-for-service program
Central to the JHS Justice division, the Adult Federal Diversion Program is made possible through a partnership with the local Federal Crown Attorney’s office.
