Path Forward Mentorship Program

The Path Forward Mentorship Program supports medium to very high-risk individuals under community supervision who are engaged in, or at risk of involvement in, gun, gang, and/or human trafficking activities. The program is grounded in strength-based and culturally responsive practices, offering case management support alongside mentorship from a peer with similar lived experience.

The purpose of the program is to promote positive cognitive and behavioural change, support rehabilitation, and enhance public safety through successful community reintegration.

Referrals to the program come directly from the Probation & Parole Office.

Path Forward is delivered in partnership with the Ministry of the Solicitor General and the John Howard Society of Ontario.
