Community Case Management and Supervision Program (CCMS)

The Community Case Management and Supervision Program (CCMS) provides an alternative to detention for individuals who would otherwise be held in custody while their immigration issues are resolved. The program offers intensive community supervision and case management services, allowing eligible individuals to be safely supervised in the community.

CCMS is delivered in partnership with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), who also make referrals into the program.
